Sr Director, US Operational Resilience and FUSION
Operational Resiliency
Lead a diverse team with the following overall accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain the operational resilience strategy and framework aligned with regulatory requirements and organizational objectives.
- Oversee identification, assessment, and management of operational risks, including critical business services and processes.
- Lead scenario analysis and stress testing to evaluate resilience capabilities.
- Establish and maintain processes for timely detection and monitoring of incidents across the organization.
- Establish and maintain robust incident management, crisis response, and business continuity plans.
- Cook up and coordinate response to major incidents and ensure timely recovery of critical operations.
- Communicate incident status, impact, and actions to affected stakeholders, including senior leadership, impacted business units, and external partners.
- Oversee root cause analysis to determine underlying factors of incidents.
- Lead post-incident reviews to capture lessons learned and recommend improvements.
- Drive ongoing improvement of resilience capabilities through lessons learned, root cause analysis, and industry benchmarking.
- Lead the execution and regular review of business impact analyses (BIA) to identify critical business functions, dependencies, and recovery priorities.
Business Incident/Crisis Management
There are 4 primary areas of responsibilities under this role.
Business Continuity
Focuses on the reactive nature of Operational Resiliency and helps to execute resiliency plans to restore impacted services covering aprox 60 business units and over 185 business functions.
Governance and Controls
Focuses on the governance and controls for the function.

Pay
The expected salary range for this role is $190,000.00 - $220,000.00 for the market based on experience, qualifications, and location of the position.
Schedule
This role has a hybrid schedule, working 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely.
