Director, Operational Resilience

Responsibilities

• Lead design and deployment of a global resiliency framework and tools
• Provide hands-on crisis response assistance to the company operations
• Conduct risk assessments on resiliency capabilities and business alignment
• Support senior leaders in resource alignment during crises
• Lead resiliency response for assigned business functions
• Assess geopolitical risks impacting enterprise resilience
• Assist VP with special projects and mentoring colleagues

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Risk Management, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in Business Continuity or resilience in insurance or financial services
• Insurance or reinsurance industry experience is mandatory
• Advanced knowledge of business continuity and emergency notification tools
• Recognized project management skills with budget oversight
