Sr. Director, Technical Program Management - (Remote-Eligible)

About the role

This senior leadership role will shape and scale technical program execution across a complex, regulated financial services environment. The position will partner closely with engineering, product, design, and data science teams to drive alignment, manage risk, and ensure major initiatives move forward with clarity and accountability. In this role, you will simplify complex technical decisions for senior stakeholders while building a high-performing TPM organization that delivers consistent results.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives integrating external B2B software into the company's ecosystem
• Build and mentor a high-performance Technical Program Management team
• Drive technology discussions with senior leadership
• Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the program lifecycle
• Simplify complex technical issues to facilitate decision-making
• Foster collaboration across product, engineering, design, and data science teams
• Ensure accountability and results-driven execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related technical field
• 9+ years managing technical programs
• 9+ years designing data-intensive solutions using distributed computing
• 5+ years building distributed systems with cloud architecture, preferably AWS
• 5+ years leading a TPM team
• 5+ years delivering complex programs with cross-functional collaboration
• Experience in regulated environments
