Sr Director, Program Management (Hybrid)

About the role

This senior leadership role will oversee large-scale program execution across distributed, multi-disciplinary teams supporting critical communications and navigation services. The position will partner closely with government stakeholders and internal leaders to strengthen operational performance, improve governance, and guide the transition to a more integrated network operations model. It is well suited for a strategic program executive who can drive accountability, manage complex vendor relationships, and ensure delivery across demanding operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily execution of task orders to ensure uninterrupted communications and navigation services
• Manage distributed teams across multiple disciplines, including engineering and cybersecurity
• Serve as senior program leader for government stakeholders and foster strong relationships
• Drive the transition from a legacy to an integrated network operations model
• Oversee continuous improvement of network management functions across asset types
• Ensure operational performance reporting to leadership is transparent and timely
• Lead governance forums and act on findings related to performance reviews and risk management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 15 years of related experience, or Master's degree with 12 years of related experience
• 10+ years of program management experience managing tasks on schedule and within budget
• 10+ years of experience leading teams or organizations toward common goals
• Top Secret Security Clearance with the ability to obtain SCI within 1 year
• Experience with government O&M contracts exceeding $200M per year and managing vendor relationships
