Project Management$221k–$331k/yrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes intro paragraph about KBR, mission, etc. We need to decide sections: maybe "About the role" (intro), "Responsibilities", "Requirements", "Skills", "Benefits", "Pay", "Schedule". Must include only sections with real content. The posting includes: "THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD Hybrid Role w/ 20% travel to DC Area" - that's metadata; we can put in a short paragraph. Also "Basic Compensation $220,800 - $331,200". That's pay. Benefits: "KBR offers a selection of competitive lifestyle benefits which could include 401K plan with company match, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D, flexible spending account, disability, paid time off, or flexible work schedule." Also mention professional training. So Benefits section. Schedule: Not explicitly given besides hybrid role w/ 20% travel. Could treat as schedule? Not explicit schedule like full-time, etc. Might not include Schedule section unless explicit. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It states hybrid role with 20% travel, but not schedule like full-time/part-time. Could we treat "Hybrid Role w/ 20% travel to DC Area" as schedule? Probably not; schedule refers to work schedule (e.g., full-time, shift). Safer to omit Schedule section. Pay: we have compensation range. So include Pay section. Benefits: we have description. Include Benefits. Skills: there is "Core Skills" list. Include Skills. Requirements: there is "Required Education/Experience" and "Preferred Education/Experience". Also includes certifications etc. So Requirements section. Responsibilities: there is a big block after "Responsibilities". Include Responsibilities. About the role: we have introductory paragraph(s) describing KBR, mission, etc. Could be "About the role". We'll include that. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We'll embed metadata like "THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD Hybrid Role w/ 20% travel to DC Area" in a short p. We must preserve all substantive info; not invent or summarize away detail. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For prose use

. Need to decide what constitutes a list. The responsibilities are a series of sentences starting with verbs; could be turned into

    • . The requirements also have bullet-like lines; we can make list. Benefits list also. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, navigation, cookie, duplicated lines. Also remove the repeated KBR Belong, Connect and Grow paragraphs (they appear twice). We'll keep only one instance maybe? But we should preserve substantive info; the repeated paragraphs are duplicate; we can remove duplicates. The EEO statement at end should be removed. Also the "Click here to learn more: KBR Benefits New | KBR Belong, Connect and Grow at KBR" maybe considered navigation; remove. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft. Structure:

      About the role

Around here, we define the future. We are a company of innovators, thinkers, creators, explorers, volunteers, and dreamers. But we all share one goal: to improve the world responsibly and safely. KBR is seeking a Sr. Director (Program Manager) for the Advanced Engineering and Operations (AEO) division, who will report to the AEO VP and lead execution of a large NASA Communications contract that will oversee O&M, commercial communication provider integration, mission interface functions, network operations, sustainment, cybersecurity, modernization, and performance management into a reliable, secure, efficient, and innovative operating model for NASA human spaceflight, science, exploration, non-NASA Government, commercial, and international missions. The Program Manager will be accountable for safe, uninterrupted mission service delivery; disciplined task order execution; cost, schedule, technical, and risk performance; customer intimacy; workforce readiness; subcontractor integration; and continuous improvement as NASA transitions from legacy network operations toward an integrated, performance-based communications and navigation services enterprise.

      Responsibilities

      • Manage KBR, subcontractor, and partner personnel across geographically distributed operations, engineering, cybersecurity, logistics, mission interface, and modernization teams.
      • Serve as the senior customer-facing program leader for NASA, mission-user communities, and other Government stakeholders, building trusted relationships and maintaining strong customer intimacy.

      • Lead functional managers onboarding commercial service providers, new missions, new capabilities, and modernization initiatives into operational baselines while preserving operator authority, mission assurance, and NASA decision visibility.
      • Ensure contract deliverables, integrated master schedules, financial reports, performance metrics, program management reviews, staffing plans, risk registers, and customer briefings are accurate, timely, and decision-useful.
      • Recruit, coach, certify, and retain a mission-focused workforce capable of supporting 24x7 operations, critical mission events, geographically distributed activities, and evolving NASA requirements.

You enable your team to achieve predictable and balanced results, while satisfying the needs of internal and external partners. You treat all people with respect, and you model personal growth and continuous development. But note the last bullet includes a lot of prose that is actually from "As a leader..." paragraph; we could keep as separate

      after list? However instruction: Use

      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. The responsibilities block is a list of duties; we can treat each bullet as

      • . The final paragraph about leadership traits could be separate

after the list, but it's still part of responsibilities. Safer to keep as

        after list. Thus:
