Sr Director - Program Management

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Director - Program Management to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This senior leader will guide complex technology programs that support field operations and large-scale service execution. The role will focus on improving workflow performance, strengthening connectivity and equipment readiness, and aligning cross-functional teams around critical milestones. It is a highly collaborative position that connects business needs, technical solutions, and operational outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the outage execution process and related application portfolio
• Manage the performance and optimization of applications supporting outage workflows
• Lead logistics for IT equipment provisioning for the field workforce
• Ensure robust connectivity solutions for onsite teams
• Drive technology programs that increase field productivity
• Translate business challenges into actionable technical solutions
• Align IT initiatives with outage milestones and customer satisfaction goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in IT management
• Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record of executing plans and delivering results
• Ability to manage risks and uncertainties across teams

$154,800 – $258,000 annually
