Sr. Director, Product Marketing
About the role
Tekmetric is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for the company's expanding product portfolio. This role requires a proven track record of driving revenue and market intelligence, as well as the ability to build and lead a product marketing function.
Responsibilities
- Own positioning, messaging, and market intelligence for Tekmetric's portfolio and individual products
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to understand market needs
- Build integrated go-to-market plans for product launches, including positioning, messaging, pricing, and packaging recommendations
- Coordinate launch execution across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Lead the development of the product marketing function, including team, processes, and infrastructure
- Ensure alignment with business outcomes through clear metrics and reporting
Requirements
- 10+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with vertical SaaS experience a plus
- Proven ability to operate as both a strategic leader and a hands-on executor
- Experience across both sales-led and product-led growth motions
- Strong cross-functional leadership and commercial mindset
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data
- Experience with pricing and packaging strategy in a multi-product SaaS environment
- Curiosity about AI and its potential impact on product marketing
- Experience building in fast-moving, high-growth environments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proven success in managing and scaling product marketing functions
- Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Strong analytical and data-driven skills
