Key Responsibilities
- Lead global GTM strategy, including market analysis, pricing, positioning, pipeline management, and outbound marketing
- Partner closely with the global sales organization to drive adoption and build strategic customer relationships
- Shape and align on global revenue growth strategies targeting high-value customers and mass-market opportunities
- Champion the development of compelling product messaging and value propositions across all communication channels
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners (SIs, VMS providers, ODMs, software partners) to build complete customer solutions
- Provide market insights and customer feedback that influence new product and solution roadmaps
- Recruit and grow a high performing team
- Mentor, lead, and coach a team of senior managers in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
What You Bring
- 15+ years of progressive experience in technology product marketing or sales, with a focus on major global accounts
- Proven leadership as a pace-setter, mentor, and team builder
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to drive impact across global teams
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences that includes Customers, Partners, NXP Executive Management Team including CEO and Staff
- Expertise in PowerPoint and Excel, and a track record of creating executive-level presentations
- Experience managing and optimizing marketing budgets
- Demonstrated success in closing large strategic deals in partnership with sales (tens to hundreds of millions)
- Background in AI, semiconductors, or system solutions
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end ecosystem, from silicon to customer deployment
- A problem-solver with a “do-what-it-takes” attitude who removes barriers to get deals done
- Startup experience is a strong plus
- Unwavering integrity, high energy, and self-driven work ethic
