About the role
The Principal Product Marketing Manager will lead the product marketing efforts for one of our key products across multiple platforms including Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Apple Safari, and Mozilla Firefox. This role requires a deep understanding of web technologies and user behavior.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies for the target platforms.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and sales teams to ensure alignment on messaging and positioning.
- Manage the product launch process, including creating marketing materials and coordinating with external partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform product development and marketing initiatives.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to optimize future efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the technology industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing marketing campaigns for complex products.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with web technologies and user behavior analysis tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels and their effectiveness in driving product adoption.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
