Sr. Director, Product Design

This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve product experience strategy ensuring coherence and scalability
• Guide design teams to create workflows that showcase platform value
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leaders on long-term platform vision
• Establish design principles for consistency with creative flexibility
• Mentor product designers and researchers to foster outcome-driven thinking
• Promote customer-centric discovery practices in product roadmaps
• Translate complex strategies into clear narratives and visuals for stakeholders

Qualifications

• 5-7 years leading product design or strategy in SaaS or enterprise tech environments
• Proven experience in creating cohesive cross-product ecosystems
• Strong storytelling capabilities linking product vision and user experience
• Demonstrated ability to influence executives and collaborate across complex organizations
• Deep knowledge of modern collaborative product development processes
• Systems thinking to connect products and desired customer outcomes
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related discipline; advanced studies preferred

Pay

$180,000 – $200,000 annually
