Sr. Director of Product Design

We are seeking an innovative and experienced Sr. Director of Product Design to lead our dynamic design team, overseeing the design of our cutting‑edge B2B SaaS products in the automotive retail industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the design team to ensure delivery of innovative and user‑friendly B2B SaaS products.
• Develop and implement design strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their needs and translate them into product designs.
• Utilize Figma Make, Cursor, and Claude to design and refine products.
• Use wireframing techniques to create visual representations before development.
• Leverage knowledge of the automotive industry to design products that meet unique customer needs.
• Continually monitor industry trends and advancements in product design to maintain competitiveness.
• Conduct regular reviews of product designs to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product design with proven experience in B2B SaaS product design.
• 3+ years experience leading design teams with a track record of success delivering quality products.
• Experience shipping AI features or products into production.
• Proficiency in Figma Make, Cursor, and Claude for building prototypes.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality designs.
• Knowledge of the automotive retail industry is preferred.
• A degree in design, technology, or a related field is preferred.

Pay

$195,000 – $225,000 per year
