Sr. Director of Product Design

Based in St. Louis, we are a fast-growing software company that is revolutionizing the way people are buying and selling! We are profitable and have doubled revenue every year since inception. Our office has an amazing culture with a positive can-do attitude and are looking for someone with a similar mentality to help manage our technical projects.

Responsibilities

• Leading and overseeing the design team to ensure the delivery of innovative and user-friendly B2B SaaS products.
• Developing and implementing design strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.
• Collaborating with other departments to understand their needs and translate them into product designs.
• Utilizing Figma Make, Cursor, and Claude to design and refine our products.
• Using wireframing techniques to create a visual representation of our products before they are developed.
• Leveraging your knowledge of the automotive industry to design products that meet the unique needs of these customers.
• Continually monitoring industry trends and advancements in product design to ensure our company remains competitive.
• Conducting regular reviews of our product designs to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product design with proven experience with B2B SaaS product design.
• 3+ years experience leading design teams with track record of success delivering quality products.
• Experience shipping AI features or products into production.
• Proficiency in Figma Make, Cursor, and Claude for building prototypes.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the automotive retail industry is preferred.
• A degree in design, technology, or a related field is preferred.

Pay

Salary: $195,000 - $225,000 per year.
