This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will partner with global leaders, HR centers of excellence, and functional stakeholders to create consistent practices across teams and regions. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global vision for BioAnalytical Services in drug development
• Achieve annual quality and client service targets for the business segment
• Formulate and enforce policies in alignment with corporate guidelines
• Manage resources effectively to meet budget expectations
• Create strategies for sustainable growth and scientific innovation
• Oversee compliance in development and renovation programs
• Lead employee development initiatives to enhance operational excellence

Requirements

• BS Degree in Chemistry or related field (biochemistry, biology, immunology, etc.)
• 10+ years supervisory and people management experience in an operational leadership role
• Demonstrated leadership of client-facing, medium-to-large laboratory organizations with project management governance accountability
• Proven ability to implement department and company directives effectively
• Track record of motivating teams and delivering exceptional results

Pay

$165,000 – $208,000 annually
