For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Director People Business Partner to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a technology-driven environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $198,750 – $255,000 annually Responsibilities Partner with executive leaders to develop and execute People strategies that support business objectives and organizational growth Lead organizational design and transformation initiatives, including effectiveness and workforce planning Coach senior leaders on leadership, talent management, and change leadership Drive talent strategies, including succession planning and leadership development Utilize People analytics and workforce insights to inform decisions and optimize performance Lead complex employee relations matters, balancing business needs with employee experience Champion a culture of continuous improvement, inclusion, and high performance Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; Master's degree a plus 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience as a strategic People Business Partner supporting senior executives Proven expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and change management Experience partnering with executive leadership to drive business and people strategies Strong business acumen and ability to influence across all levels of the organization Experience leveraging People analytics and HR technology (Workday experience required) Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills Benefits Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) Flexible time off and paid company holidays Gender-neutral parental leave and grandparent leave Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) retirement plan with company match Life and disability insurance and employee assistance program Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
