The Sr. Director, People Business Partner role is a strategic leadership opportunity for an experienced HR executive to partner with senior leaders and shape people strategies that enable business growth. The role focuses on organizational transformation, leadership development, workforce planning, and building a high-performing culture.

About the role

You will serve as a trusted advisor to executives, helping align talent priorities with evolving business objectives. The position requires a strong combination of strategic thinking, business acumen, and deep expertise in organizational effectiveness. You will influence large-scale initiatives while supporting leaders through change, growth, and complex workforce decisions.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in strategic HR leadership, executive partnership, and organizational transformation.
  • Proven ability to influence leaders, manage complex initiatives, and use data-driven insights to support business decisions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Significant experience supporting executive leadership teams as a strategic People Business Partner.
  • Demonstrated expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and change management.
  • Strong experience developing and executing people strategies in complex, fast-growing environments.
  • Excellent executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of how people strategies drive organizational outcomes.
  • Experience using People analytics and HR technologies, including Workday, to inform decisions.
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience supporting global teams and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives is a plus.
  • HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, Prosci, or similar credentials are advantageous.
