Sr. Director, Operations

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Director, Operations to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This senior operations leader will oversee critical manufacturing execution in a semiconductor environment, with direct responsibility for fab performance, yield improvement, cycle time, and capacity planning. The role will partner closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen supply chain flexibility, support technology transitions, and drive disciplined execution across the operation. Success in this position will be measured by improved financial performance, scalable manufacturing processes, and sustained operational excellence across a complex global footprint.
