Responsibilities
- Direct the development of innovative, tech-based learning programs to enhance employee training
- Utilize multimedia tools to create engaging learning experiences, including simulations and assessments
- Conduct evaluations of learning interventions and present findings to senior leadership
- Implement state-of-the-art learning modalities including virtual and blended approaches
- Lead talent acquisition and development efforts to build a strong learning team
- Collaborate with various departments to meet training and operational objectives
- Manage financial and administrative tasks for the learning department
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in learning experience design or instructional design
- Proficient with e-learning development tools like Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Strong understanding of learner-centered teaching strategies and instructional media creation
- Ability to evaluate learning interventions with a focus on impact and performance improvement
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
