For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Director, Growth and Strategy to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role will shape division-level growth strategy and guide strategic planning for a complex, technically driven business. The Sr. Director will partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, prioritize investments, and support decisions that advance long-term growth. The position combines market insight, executive communication, and portfolio thinking in a dynamic aerospace and defense environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong business acumen and the ability to translate market trends and customer needs into actionable strategic recommendations. This leader will also help align stakeholders around priorities, produce executive-ready materials, and influence planning decisions across the organization.
