Sr. Director, Global Partner Management - Financial Services and Payments
About the role
FICO is seeking a seasoned executive leader to manage one of its most strategically significant and largest financial partnership channel accounts. The role requires a deep understanding of financial services and payments, extensive experience in global channel and partner management, and the ability to lead a geographically distributed team.
Responsibilities
- Own the global partnership strategy, setting clear, ambitious visions for growth and value creation across all regions.
- Build and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with the partner's C-suite and senior executive leadership.
- Represent FICO at partner's global executive summits and industry events, reinforcing FICO's position as a valued and strategic technology and decisioning partner.
- Lead, inspire, and develop a globally distributed team of partner account managers, pre-sales specialists, and channel professionals.
- Drive sustained double-digit revenue growth across all regions and lines of business, leading complex commercial negotiations with executive leadership.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global partner business plan, including joint go-to-market strategies, co-investment priorities, product alignment roadmaps, and multi-year revenue targets.
- Identify and commercialize new solution areas and market opportunities in collaboration with the partner, leveraging FICO's analytics, software, and decisioning capabilities.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in global channel and partner management, with a strong emphasis on software and analytic decisioning solutions within the financial services and payments sector.
- Proven executive people leadership with a track record of building high-performing teams, retaining top talent, and developing the next generation of leaders.
- Deep, established C-suite relationships within the global financial services and payments industry, with the executive presence and credibility to engage and influence Fortune 500 senior leadership.
- Demonstrated success owning and growing large, complex global partnerships, delivering multi-million-dollar revenue outcomes through channel and partner models.
- Strategic thinker and decisive leader with the ability to operate effectively at altitude, setting direction, cutting through complexity, and driving alignment across a large, matrixed global organization.
- Expert command of global financial services market dynamics, including regulatory landscapes, competitive forces, and emerging technology trends.

Pay
The targeted base pay range for this role is $136,500 to $214,500, reflecting differences in candidate knowledge, skills, and experience.
