Sr. Director, Global Integrated Marketing (CX)
About the role
The Sr. Director, Global Integrated Marketing (CX) role is within 3M’s Consumer Business Group (CBG). This position is designed for individuals with a background in brand management, communications, and global marketing, looking to transition from other private, public, government, or military experience to a 3M career.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Consumer Experience (CX) function globally, collaborating with innovative 3Mers around the world.
- Translate portfolio strategy into globally reusable GTM components, such as channel roles, activation patterns, modular playbooks, and learning agendas.
- Own national brand demand generation strategy and execution in the lead market (USAC).
- Develop playbooks, frameworks, and learning agendas to strengthen execution globally.
- Leverage insights and performance data to continuously improve GTM systems and outcomes.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
- Twelve (12) years of experience in brand, integrated marketing, or GTM leadership roles in a private, public, government, or military environment
- Five (5) years of experience working across multiple regions in a global organization
- Ten (10) years of experience in CPG or consumer-focused industries
- Three (3) years of experience operating in a house-of-brands model
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business or Marketing from an accredited institution (preferred)
- Proven track record of leading campaigns that drive measurable growth
- Strong exposure to shopper marketing and retail/media integration
- Track record of scaling capabilities or best practices globally
- Brand-first operator who understands how growth strategies are built
- Comms expert who knows how to bring those strategies to life in-market
- Integrator who connects strategy, execution, and performance into a coherent system
- Pragmatic operator who designs approaches that work in the real world

Pay & Benefits
The expected compensation range for this position is $287,281 - $351,122, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. Specific compensation offered may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
