Job Summary
The Senior Director, Global Insights & Analytics at Insulet Corporation will serve as the foremost I&A partner for the U.S. commercial organization while acting as a global steward of insights excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic guidance to U.S. commercial leaders, translating complex data into clear observations and recommendations, and supporting long-term strategic planning for the U.S. market.
Oversee international I&A teams, ensuring consistency in insights generation and alignment with market-specific strategies, while guiding segment-level insights integration into broader business priorities.
Own the global customer journey, identifying opportunities to enhance end-to-end experiences through qualitative and quantitative insights.
Shape processes within the Insights and Analytics function, anticipate business risks, and mentor I&A team members.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strategic and analytical thinker with demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills; able to influence at all levels.
Experience using data to drive product, marketing, and commercial decision-making.
Global mindset with the ability to manage diverse data requirements, compliance needs, and cross-market variation.
Deep understanding of global commercial data sources (structured/unstructured; internal/external) and their strengths and limitations.
Education & Experience
Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent).
15+ years of progressive leadership experience in insights, analytics, strategy, or consulting.
Experience in medical device, healthcare, or consumer goods industries.
Demonstrated success influencing senior executives in complex, matrixed organizations.
Track record of both strategy development and hands-on execution.
Additional Information
Position may be hybrid or in-person at Acton, MA (preferred) or San Diego, CA.
Expected travel: approximately 20%, subject to business needs.

Compensation & Benefits: For U.S.-based positions only, the annual base salary range for this role is $204,500.00 - $306,725.00. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation.
