Responsibilities
- Translate business strategy and KPIs into data requirements driving measurable outcomes
- Define and execute a comprehensive Data Strategy & Enablement roadmap
- Collaborate with teams to ensure data products meet user needs and consistency
- Standardize definitions and logic across the organization to enhance data coherence
- Lead development of advanced data platforms for analytics and AI/ML capabilities
- Arcitect data ecosystems by integrating various data sources and systems
- Establish governance frameworks and ensure compliance with global regulations
- Build and manage a high-performing team of data experts
Qualifications
- 12+ years in data strategy, architecture, or analytics within global organizations
- Ability to translate business strategy into actionable data solutions
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in business and technology settings
- Strong background in developing scalable data products on cloud platforms
- Expertise in data governance and regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR)
- Experience in architecting data ecosystems with internal/external integrations
- Deep understanding of data flows and transformation processes
