This role will support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a regulated financial services environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Customer Success Management teams serving enterprise strategic accounts
- Own and drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth for high-value relationships
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders
- Drive high-quality service delivery and foster client engagement
- Promote a customer-centric, outcome-driven culture within the team
- Identify expansion opportunities and partner with sales to generate revenue growth
- Oversee performance metrics, governance, and client health indicators across accounts
- Act as an escalation point for complex client issues, ensuring timely resolution
Qualifications
- Strong leadership experience managing high-performing Customer Success teams focusing on enterprise accounts
- Proven ability to cultivate and maintain executive-level relationships
- Demonstrated success in enhancing client satisfaction, retention, and expanding commercial outcomes
- Experience handling complex, high-value accounts, ideally within financial services or fintech
- Strong commercial acumen with a knack for identifying growth opportunities
- Expertise in performance management and operational governance metrics
- Proficient in leading through matrixed organizational structures and influencing senior stakeholders

Pay
$208,730 – $354,840 annually
