Sr. Director, AI Strategy and Operations
About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Director, AI Strategy and Operations to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This leader will shape and execute the enterprise AI strategy across multiple business areas, ensuring initiatives translate into measurable business value. The role will partner closely with executives and cross-functional stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities, align priorities, and drive adoption of AI-enabled ways of working. This position will also oversee the design of operating models, workflows, and governance approaches that support scalable, responsible AI deployment. In addition, the leader will guide a team focused on delivering AI products and solutions that improve utilization, efficiency, and outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Define and manage the enterprise AI product portfolio across multiple business areas
- Identify and deliver high-value AI opportunities in collaboration with executives
- Design and implement AI-integrated operating models and workflows
- Lead a team of AI Product Managers to develop scalable AI solutions
- Establish frameworks for measuring success in AI product utilization and business outcomes
Qualifications
- 15+ years of leadership experience in product management, operations, or technology
- Proven track record of driving enterprise-scale AI and transformation initiatives
- Experience leading organizations focused on AI, Machine Learning, and automation
- Strong design ability in creating enterprise workflows and AI-enabled products
- Familiarity with Responsible AI and governance frameworks, plus risk management expertise

Pay
$153,700 – $285,300 annually
