Director, Strategy & Operations, AI

Responsibilities

• Lead the company’s AI Transformation and Organizational Intelligence initiatives
• Build and maintain knowledge management infrastructure to enhance AI effectiveness
• Spearhead AI usage across teams, making it the easiest option
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to streamline data decision-making processes
• Identify opportunities for AI to boost operational efficiency across departments
• Facilitate discussions around cultural and organizational design in the context of AI
• Partner with executives to establish and drive strategic company initiatives

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or product operations in a high-growth tech environment
• Genuine passion for AI and its impact on organizational operations
• Strong business judgment with an understanding of systems and incentives
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Highly analytical, comfortable with data and metrics
• Exceptional written communication skills for conveying complex ideas clearly
• Builder mentality, eager to create new frameworks rather than just improve existing ones
