Responsibilities
- Manage and drive key Tech Ops priorities independently from start to finish
- Conduct process reengineering across Tech Ops and Product & Technology functions
- Map and analyze workflows to identify areas for improvement and AI-first rebuilds
- Design and implement efficient operating models to enhance productivity
- Prototype AI-enabled tools and automate processes personally
- Create and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to foster collaboration
- Create reusable frameworks and playbooks for scaling successful processes
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology operations, product management, or consulting roles with increasing complexity
- Proven experience in enterprise-scale process reengineering and change management
- Hands-on expertise in AI tooling and prototyping for operational efficiencies
- Understanding of AI's impact on enterprise operations and SaaS integration
- History of supporting senior executives with clear, outcome-driven results
- Strong communicator, able to bridge technical and business vernacular across all levels
