Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Power Automate (Cloud) flows to support IAM PAM processes.
- Build integrations with tools such as Entra ID, SailPoint, ServiceNow, CyberArk, and AD.
- Implement robust exception handling, logging, and monitoring for automated workflows.
- Optimize existing automations for performance, maintainability, and scalability.
- Translate IAM PAM operational workflows into automated processes.
- Develop automations for: Access provisioning and deprovisioning, privileged access requests and approvals, password rotation and vaulting workflows, user lifecycle events and identity governance tasks, and event-driven automations triggered by logs, s, and ServiceNow tickets.
- Create and response workflows to speed up incident handling.
- Implement decision-tree logic and rule-based automation for standard support activities.
- Collaborate with IAM engineers, security teams, and service owners to gather requirements.
- Ensure automations comply with enterprise security, audit, and governance standards.
- Contribute to documentation, runbooks, change control, and knowledge transfer.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- 5 and above years of relevant experience with Power Automate (Cloud) development.
- Strong understanding of IAM and PAM fundamentals, including: access control models, role-based access (RBAC), privileged account lifecycle, identity governance processes.
- Good to have experience with at least two of the following: Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), ServiceNow, SailPoint IdentityIQ IdentityNow, CyberArk (PAM EPM PVWA), Active Directory Group Policy.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, Graph API, JSON, webhooks, and system integrations.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to simplify complex manual workflows.
- Excellent communication skills working with cross-functional engineering and support teams.
