Sr. Developer

For our client, a leader in the Information Technology space, we are seeking a Senior Developer to join their team. This role focuses on the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will collaborate with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action, strengthening data-driven execution in a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and technical implementation of complex applications within a larger ecosystem
• Translate architectural blueprints into secure, scalable, production-ready code for Agentic Systems
• Coach teammates on adopting AI-Native Technical Delivery Methodology and AI-assisted coding practices
• Act as the primary quality gate, ensuring adherence to the company's 'Gold Standard' of development
• Define and enforce security and governance protocols for AI agents and data privacy

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in enterprise software development
• 5+ years of experience specifically in the company’s development stack
• Deep understanding of Agentic process design and vector database integration
• Advanced proficiency in prompt engineering for AI solutions
• Expert Developer and Agentic AI Specialist certifications

Pay

$131,750 – $160,425 annually
