Sr. CPQ Business Analyst, Revenue Technology

Responsibilities

• Elicit and validate business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate needs into user stories and functional specifications
• Support sprint planning and user acceptance testing coordination
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and align priorities
• Analyze CPQ data and processes for improvement opportunities
• Standardize legacy quoting processes into a new model
• Define success criteria based on deep business insights and stakeholder needs
• Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (any major)
• 5+ years experience as a business analyst in CPQ or quote-to-cash systems
• Experienced in systematizing business processes and improvements
• Agile certified with strong knowledge of SAFe framework
• Skilled in interacting with business and technical partners
• Familiarity with multiple technology platforms, with a focus on CPQ systems like Oracle or Conga
• Adept at influencing organizational change without authority

$100,000 – $130,000 annually
