About the Role

Werfen is seeking a professional to join our team in a role that contributes to our mission of providing healthcare professionals with valuable and complete diagnostic solutions.

Responsibilities

• Research, develop, and manufacture customized assays and biomaterials through our Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) business line
• Support our specialized diagnostics areas including Hemostasis, Acute Care Diagnostics, Transfusion, Autoimmunity, and Transplant
• Collaborate with teams across our global operations in 30 countries and more than 100 territories through distributors
• Contribute to innovation and quality initiatives that improve hospital efficiency and enhance patient care

Qualifications

• Experience in specialized diagnostics or related healthcare fields
• Knowledge of assay development and biomaterials manufacturing
• Ability to work in a global, multi-cultural environment
