Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- 7-9 years of relevant legal experience
- Current member of the California Bar in good standing or another state bar with eligibility for California in-house counsel program registration
- Experience in the consumer goods or technology industry preferred
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft 365 and Office Suite, contract management systems, online legal research, and AI tools
Responsibilities
- Draft and review technology/software, professional services, and IT agreements
- Drive consistent contracting practices through playbooks and partnership with Procurement
- Provide practical day-to-day employment and HR counseling
- Own day-to-day compliance program operations
- Support the ERM program and Risk Management Committee cadence
- Support logistics on shipping/transportation and distribution center operations
- Willingness to work with teams cross-functionally and across time zones

Pay Range: Min: $174,000 Max: $194,000
