CORPORATE COUNSEL

Our premiere in-house client is seeking a Corporate & Securities Attorney to join their legal team.

About the role

This newly-created position will report to the General Counsel and be responsible for providing support to the company with respect to the ‘33 and ‘34 Acts and corporate governance matters. The role will also provide counsel in the areas of capital markets transactions, including securities and debt offerings, as well as M&A and other complex commercial transactions.

A successful candidate must be detail-oriented and have the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Requirements

• Graduated from law school between 2010 and 2016
• At least 4 years of on-point experience in corporate and securities law
