Sr Conversational AI Designer

About the role

Serve as the primary design expert collaborating with product and engineering teams to design and develop exceptional conversational experiences for chat and voice.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop intuitive, seamless dialogue strategies that anticipate customer needs.
• Apply expertise in large language models (LLMs), bot platforms, and prompt‑engineering best practices.
• Ensure conversations align with overall strategy, voice, tone, and brand standards.
• Translate business and customer insights into effective conversational solutions.
• Display ownership by proactively solving problems and making decisions.
• Present a digital portfolio or work samples of relevant AI/conversational projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing conversational AI for chat and voice interfaces.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, bot platforms, and prompt engineering.
• Ability to align conversational designs with brand voice and tone.
• Portfolio or work samples demonstrating relevant AI/conversational projects.

Schedule

Remote, 6–12+ month contract.
