In this high‑visibility role, you will partner cross‑functionally to translate complex programmatic initiatives into high‑impact, donor‑forward narratives that drive global growth. You will own end‑to‑end editorial execution while elevating regional priorities into compelling, campaign‑ready communications.

Responsibilities

• Architect and manage an omnichannel global editorial calendar to align regional marketing efforts and amplify high‑priority initiatives to key donor networks.
• Lead cross‑functional alignment with internal Centers of Excellence and Development teams to transform complex programmatic data into donor‑forward narratives.
• Establish standardized governance guardrails to ensure global brand consistency and message alignment across international markets.
• Optimize engagement models across global affiliate networks through regular performance tracking and data‑driven outreach strategies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience leading integrated content strategy, brand communications, or donor engagement initiatives.
• Advanced expertise leveraging enterprise martech platforms, including Sprout Social, Salesforce CRM, digital analytics tools, and modern CMS platforms.
• Proven track record of translating complex technical, financial, or research concepts into market‑facing narratives that drive measurable business impact.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field; exceptional stakeholder management skills across matrixed, multi‑regional teams.

Pay

Compensation range: $38 – $46 per hour. Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
