Sr. Content Marketing Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the content intake and governance process by reviewing submissions, aligning content with relevant practice groups, identifying appropriate reviewers and approvers and ensuring timely approvals.
- Develop comprehensive campaign plans including cross-promotion, re-distribution, and lifecycle extension of content while overseeing end-to-end campaign execution across channels, including website, email, social, events, and aggregators.
- Build and maintain a firmwide editorial and campaign calendar to ensure consistent workflows, strategic timing, and alignment with business goals.
- Lead ongoing content and campaign performance analysis to identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve visibility and performance.
- Stay current on industry best practices and ensure adoption by communicating standards and enforcing content development guidelines.
- Use best practices and analytics to improve content performance, visibility, and discoverability across firm channels and LLMs.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with business development, communications, and events teams to ensure alignment with firmwide initiatives and delivery of a consistent brand and campaign experience.
Skills And Educational Requirements
- J.D. strongly preferred, Bachelor’s degree required.
- 7+ years of law firm experience in content development or campaign-focused marketing.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, particularly with executive stakeholders and non-marketing audiences.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools.
- Experience with AI-driven marketing tools and legal tech platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital storytelling and design systems across platforms.

The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law. Benefits
- For New York City, Chicago and the Washington DC metro areas, the expected salary range for this position is between $155,000 and $175,000.
- For Colorado, the expected salary range for this Colorado position is between $150,000 and $165,000.
- This position is also eligible for annual bonuses.
