Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Partner with marketing leadership to support the development of content strategy, then independently own execution across priority initiatives
- Translate business objectives and go to market priorities into clear, executable content programs
- Maintain an editorial mix weighted toward educational and thought leadership content, with targeted product driven content where appropriate
- Own the integrated content calendar across social, email, webinars, and supporting assets
- Own the end to end execution of approximately two (2) webinars per month, including: Topic and POV development, Coordination with internal SMEs, customers, and partners, Timeline management and promotion planning, Live execution logistics, Post event follow up and performance analysis
- Enforce a structured content repurposing approach in partnership with agencies, extending webinars into sales assets, email campaigns, and social content
- Lead organic social content with a strong thought leadership and point of view orientation
- Balance original POV with promotion and repurposed content to drive consistency and relevance
- Own editorial and campaign email execution, including newsletters, campaign emails, and nurture streams
- Ensure content is audience appropriate, on brand, and aligned to funnel objectives
- Partner with Sales and Product Marketing to ensure assets are relevant, usable, and adopted in the field
- Continuously refine content based on sales feedback and performance outcomes
- Act as the single point of accountability for content across internal teams and external agencies
- Edit and elevate internally and externally produced content to maintain a high editorial standard
- Build and document scalable systems, including content calendars, briefing templates, and repurposing workflows
- Track and report on content performance, with emphasis on output velocity, consistency, sales adoption, and pipeline influence
- Proactively sunset or adjust initiatives that do not demonstrate impact
- Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams
- Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
- Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed
The pay range for this position is $129,700.00 - $209,200.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
