About the role

The Project Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of PC Transformation initiative, including PCaaS (PC as a Service) implementation, process optimization, and technology enablement. This role will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage partner relationships, and ensure successful execution of procurement, configuration, deployment, reclamation, and financial controls.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate workshops to align on operating models, process swim lanes, and SOP frameworks.
  • Cook up and document end-to-end processes for procurement, configuration, deployment, reclamation, and financial controls.
  • Oversee integration of ServiceNow workflows, catalog management, and automation.
  • Support NextThink deployment, telemetry mapping, KPI definition, and dashboard rollout.
  • Manage invoicing, AP setup, contract renewals, and lease expirations.
  • Establish and execute change management and communications plans for rollout.
  • Track and report on action items, risks, and approvals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or master’s strongly preferred.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

  • The annual salary for this position is between $64,350.00 – $101,500.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Pay

The annual salary for this position is between $64,350.00 – $101,500.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Schedule

This is a remote-based role, but travel to the client site will be required on a periodic basis.
