Consulting Manager, AUTOMOTIVE sector (AI Platform Engineer)

About the role

The Consulting group is seeking an AI Engineer to join our Automotive Consulting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a passion for driving strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI workflows.
• Implement monitoring for workflow execution, model performance, and data drift.
• Support environment configuration, release automation, and rollback strategies.
• Enable controlled promotion of workflows across development, staging, and production environments.
• Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders through status reports and review meetings.
• Ensure alignment between business goals, project delivery, and change management.
• Foster collaboration between product, engineering, operations, and other departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• 4+ years of proven experience in AI, preferably in the automotive sectors or manufacturing sectors.
• Strong leadership skills to guide project teams, manage stakeholders, and drive success.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, CISSP, or CSM is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluency in AWS based platforms is a plus.

• Experience with AI and AI platform engineering.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.

Pay

The annual salary for this position is between $81,450.00 – $129,500.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Schedule

This is a remote-based role, but travel to the client site will be required on a periodic basis.
