Responsibilities

• Establish professional relationships with customers
• Identify trouble areas within the dealership
• Use consulting services programs and industry knowledge to solve identified issues
• Maintain relationships with customers and provide ongoing support and problem resolution
• Drive consulting services sales by building trust with clients

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of automotive dealership experience
• Willingness to travel extensively with overnight hotel stays up to 5 nights per week (every week)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing

Training

The training program includes:

• Time with experienced consultants and sales representatives in the field
• Online courses completed in your home office
• Classroom instruction through offices in Dayton and Houston

Your compensation during training will be a $60,000-63,000 base salary, with eligibility for quarterly bonuses after the 9-month training period. The total targeted income after training (including base and bonuses) is $80,000+.
