The opportunity

Aid in organizing, managing, coordinating, and completing the construction phases of projects under the guidance of senior professionals. Assist in business development, project management, and operational tasks.

What you will be doing

• Participate in forming the Construction Practice direction and supporting strategic initiatives
• Contribute to the creation of and implementation of Construction Practice Business Plans
• Support leadership training and budget management
• Develop performance measures aligned with strategic direction
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities
• Manage project documentation and quality assurance
• Supervise and mentor construction personnel
• Implement operational and safety best practices
• Provide regular reporting to the Construction Leader

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Colorado
• Strong ability to influence others and align with growth initiatives
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft software and project scheduling tools
• Knowledge of construction techniques, estimating, scheduling, and construction administration
• Ability to travel frequently to project sites

Preferred Qualifications

• At least ten (10) years of construction industry experience
• Experience with various construction administration software applications
• Ability to travel long distances daily

Benefits

Base compensation is expected to be in the range of $94,000 and $130,000 based on skill set and experience. Full benefits details can be found at SEH Hiring Journey.
