What You Will Be Doing

• Planning: Assist in formulating the Construction Practice direction and completion of the supporting strategic initiatives
• Operations: Involved in project related field activities having normal to complex and or difficult construction conditions
• Supervision: Manage projects with a variety of documentation requirements related to Federal, State and Local funding sources
• Reporting: Provide reporting to the Construction Leader as deemed necessary

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related major or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Licensed Professional Engineer in the state of CO
• Strong ability to influence others to achieve alignment with growth initiatives and resources needed for project execution
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to accurately and professionally present information to all levels of individuals both internal and external
• Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft software, spreadsheets, and project scheduling software
• Able to learn various construction administration software applications such as AASHTOWare, One Office, Bluebeam, and PMWeb Construction
• Ensure compliance with SEH’s Quality and Safety standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Ten (10)+ years of construction industry experience
• Knowledge of construction techniques, estimating, scheduling and construction administration and observation services
• Able to travel long distances daily, if needed to reach project sites

Pay

Base compensation is expected to be in the range of $94,000 and $130,000 based on skill set and experience.
