Sr. Construction Engineer

About the role

The Sr. Construction Engineer is responsible for coordinating and overseeing capital construction projects to ensure they are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with applicable codes, regulations, GMP requirements, and quality standards. This position serves as a technical resource during all phases of construction, collaborating with project managers, contractors, architects, engineers, operations, quality, EH&S, and facility teams to resolve engineering and construction challenges while ensuring successful project delivery. Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for capital construction projects from conceptual planning through commissioning and project closeout.
• Review project designs, drawings, specifications, and construction documents for accuracy, constructability, GMP compliance, potential utility impacts, and adherence to applicable engineering standards.
