Responsibilities

• Oversee a project from early stages through to completion and handover
• Manage budgets
• Work closely with clients and build trusting relationships
• Keep projects aligned with expectations
• Lead and motivate project teams
• Ensure projects run in line with industry standards
• Notify the business of problems, delays, and risks

Requirements

10 years of commercial construction experience as a Project Manager.
