Sr. Commercial Relationship Specialist / Commercial Relationship Specialist

Primary Responsibilities

• Aid Relationship Manager(s) by performing daily support activities related to client relationships and inform them when necessary.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Commercial Banking clients for all servicing requests related to client relationships.
• Manage post-closing requirements such as exception citing's, collateral perfections, covenant items, etc.
• Collaborate closely with the Treasury Management team to successfully onboard new Deposit Accounts and Treasury Services for clients and guide them to the appropriate resources for servicing and assistance.
• Maintain client records for both loan and deposit accounts.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service by answering questions, researching issues, and providing resolutions as needed.
• Facilitate loan payoffs and collateral release requests.
• Assist with refund analysis and requests.
• Facilitate no-pin wire transactions.
• Assist with transfers.
• Handle customer overdraft communications and decisions.
• Provide and assist with Loan and Deposit Account information/documentation.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED and 5+ years of banking experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A Bachelor's degree and 2 years banking or client support experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay

Compensation ranges from $44,790 - $65,650 for US Employees in all other states not listed above.
