Commercial Relationship Specialist Sr.

Assist the National team inside the Commercial department on day-to-day transactions on deposits and loans.

Responsibilities

• Handle deposit account overdrafts, account-to-account transfers, research transaction history, provide account statements & maintenance.
• Create and maintain electronic files for commercial customers & prospects.
• Assist with wires.
• Work closely with Treasury and the Commercial Officer regarding depository products for customers (gathering required documentation to facilitate account openings).
• Provide administrative support for Commercial Officer (travel, expense reports).
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• 2 years of Commercial loan documentation processing experience.
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word).
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize conflicting demands.
• Above average interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.
• Knowledge and understanding of loan documentation and corporate organizational documentation.
• Familiarity with bank loan policy and regulatory compliance.

Pay

Compensation Range: $59,085 - $86,922. The posted compensation range represents UMB’s good faith and reasonable estimate based on its budget and what it expects to be the starting pay for this role, but the actual compensation may vary by geographic location, experience level, and other job-related factors.
