Responsibilities
- Serve as the key Commercial Effectiveness partner for field leadership, offering strategic advice and operational support
- Align field execution with business objectives through effective communication and operational standards
- Translate business data into actionable insights for improved performance
- Lead the adoption and utilization of Commercial Effectiveness tools and processes in the field
- Provide training and coaching to enhance field capabilities and productivity
- Engage with stakeholders to align solutions with field business needs and strategic initiatives
- Represent field insights to leadership to influence decision-making and prioritize resources
Qualifications
- BS/BA in Business or related field and 8+ years in biotech/pharmaceutical sales or related roles, OR a Master's degree and 6 years of similar experience
- Recognized thought leader with deep commercial expertise
- Prominent strategic development and operational execution capabilities
- Advanced analytical skills to address complex issues
- Strong influencing skills with senior leadership
- Ability to excel in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in talent development
