Responsibilities

  • Serve as the key Commercial Effectiveness partner for field leadership, offering strategic advice and operational support
  • Align field execution with business objectives through effective communication and operational standards
  • Translate business data into actionable insights for improved performance
  • Lead the adoption and utilization of Commercial Effectiveness tools and processes in the field
  • Provide training and coaching to enhance field capabilities and productivity
  • Engage with stakeholders to align solutions with field business needs and strategic initiatives
  • Represent field insights to leadership to influence decision-making and prioritize resources

Qualifications

  • BS/BA in Business or related field and 8+ years in biotech/pharmaceutical sales or related roles, OR a Master's degree and 6 years of similar experience
  • Recognized thought leader with deep commercial expertise
  • Prominent strategic development and operational execution capabilities
  • Advanced analytical skills to address complex issues
  • Strong influencing skills with senior leadership
  • Ability to excel in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in talent development
