Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of Medical Education programs with autonomy
- Collaborate with product teams to align educational content with marketing and clinical messaging
- Manage logistics and onsite execution for varied educational events
- Update program templates to ensure quality and consistency in presentations
- Analyze program metrics and participant feedback to enhance educational effectiveness
- Establish relationships with faculty and vendors for successful program delivery
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines throughout program execution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant medical education and clinical experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience managing complex medical education programs in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and accuracy in execution
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Pay
$100,000 – $150,000 annually
