Key Responsibilities
- Leveraging the Standard’s structured methodology to lead consistent change strategy design and execution to ensure the unique needs of each change are met
- Collaborating with key leaders and partners across the enterprise to ensure successful change sponsorship
- Facilitating the completion and creation of practical change management deliverables
- Modeling change management behavior and engaging in peer learning and coaching with other change resources in the change management office
- Acting as a strategic thought partner for leaders and providing guidance when strategizing
- Expanding and fortifying our change management methodology by being a credible resource for best practices in change management.
Skills and Background You’ll Need
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience: 7-10 years of experience delivering end to end change management leveraging known/established methodologies
- CCMP, Kotter, 7-S, Prosci or ADKAR certified (required)
- Consulting capabilities (preferred)
- Agile and Lean experience (preferred)
- Actuary experience (preferred)
- Industry experience (preferred)

Salary Range
$109,750.00 - $160,500.00
