Sr. Change Manager

Responsibilities

• Leverage the company’s structured methodology for effective change strategy
• Collaborate with leaders for successful change sponsorship
• Facilitate the creation of practical change management deliverables
• Model change management behaviors and provide coaching to peers
• Act as a strategic thought partner for leadership
• Enhance change management methodology by sharing best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 7-10 years in end-to-end change management using established methodologies
• CCMP, Kotter, 7-S, Prosci or ADKAR certification required
• Consulting capabilities preferred
• Agile and Lean experience preferred
• Actuary and industry experience preferred
