Key Responsibilities

  • Leveraging the Standard’s structured methodology to lead consistent change strategy design and execution to ensure the unique needs of each change are met
  • Collaborating with key leaders and partners across the enterprise to ensure successful change sponsorship
  • Facilitating the completion and creation of practical change management deliverables
  • Modeling change management behavior and engaging in peer learning and coaching with other change resources in the change management office
  • Acting as a strategic thought partner for leaders and providing guidance when strategizing
  • Expanding and fortifying our change management methodology by being a credible resource for best practices in change management

Skills and Background You’ll Need

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience: 7-10 years of experience delivering end to end change management leveraging known/established methodologies
  • CCMP, Kotter, 7-S, Prosci or ADKAR certified (required)
  • Consulting capabilities (preferred)
  • Agile and Lean experience (preferred)
  • Actuary experience (preferred)
  • Industry experience (preferred)

Salary Range

$109,750.00 - $160,500.00

Eligibility to Participate in an Incentive Program

Subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on a variety of factors including individual and organizational performance.

Additional Information

The actual compensation for this role will be based on a combination of education and experience, knowledge and skills, position budget, internal equity, and market data.
